Working Through What’s Getting in the Way
When an important decision, priority, or challenge requires people to work through it together, I design and facilitate the process that helps them get there.
That might mean bringing leaders and managers together around priorities, helping a cross-functional group resolve an issue, facilitating a planning retreat, or creating the space for a difficult conversation that needs to happen.

Some organizational challenges cannot be resolved in a single meeting. The issue may not be fully understood, different parts of the organization may see it differently, or previous attempts to address it may not have produced enough progress.
I work with organizations to understand what is happening, identify what is getting in the way, and determine a practical way forward.
