I’m a consultant, speaker, and facilitator who helps teams get to the heart of what is preventing important work from moving forward. For more than twenty years, I’ve worked across leadership, operations, learning, facilitation, and organizational change in North America and Europe. That experience led me to a question that now sits at the center of my work: Why do great teams get stuck?

Usually, it isn’t because people lack talent or commitment. More often, teams fall into familiar patterns: solving before understanding, talking without deciding, adding without subtracting, protecting what worked yesterday, or confusing activity with movement.

My approach is straightforward: identify the pattern, understand its consequences, and determine what might interrupt it. I don’t promise magic fixes, but I do bring a clear process, thoughtful questions, and skilled facilitation to help teams focus on what matters and find a practical way forward. I have an MBA and am based in Paris, working with organizations across Europe and North America.
